2013 weekly menu: week 10

bought one of these over the weekend.
now i have to figure out what to do with it.
the kids have the day off from school.  after the fun-filled weekend we just had, we could use the time to rest and recharge.  today we are cleaning up, organizing and making plans for a productive week.  then going to the park or the movies or something fun.

lately my menus have been changing. i shuffle things around based on our schedule or i change things completely and make a new dinner based on what i have on hand and how much time i have to make it.  this week i am determined to make the chicken piccata.

weekend eats:
saturday: chili cook off with friends
sunday: chinese food at pagoda inn

making this week:
monday: leftover chinese
tuesday: chicken piccata, arugula salad
wednesday: pizza
thursday: pork chops, roasted potatoes and green beans
friday: shrimp linguini with ricotta, fennel and spinach
