saturday: dinner at our family reunion - there was so much food!

monday: turkey burgers, kale chips
tuesday: dinner out after j's last water polo game
wednesday: chicken in a crock pot, salad, mashed potatoes
thursday: salmon, hummus and goat cheese salad
friday: honey-glazed pork chops, tomato salad, corn cakes didn't make this last week
last week i made the sandwich bread which came out a little dry but good and the corn tortillas which were so easy and delicious. but i didn't get to the rest.
this week i want to make:
- hamburger buns for the turkey burgers. i've used this recipe before and it's much better than store bought.
- whole wheat tortillas for quesadillas and burritos at lunch.
- granola - still on my list to make.
this is our last week of water polo (and driving to notre dame 6 days a week) and our first week of dance camp. we are staying busy and enjoying every minute of summer.
