tuesday: caldo de pollo (mexican chicken soup)
wednesday: entomatadas, rice
thursday: bbq salmon, mashed sweet potatoes, salad
friday: school event
saturday: cinco de mayo - thinking about making mole to celebrate
sunday: eat out
baking this week:
we made polvorones for the kids' olympic project. they had to bake something from their country, and then we got to enjoy them. it's basically just a butter cookie made into a ring (not sure how authentic the recipe is). now i feel inspired to make different types of pan dulce. i think i'll make these next.
